8.   GARBAGE AND TRASH DISPOSAL  
a.  Every Tenant has the responsibility to help keep the Park clean and neat.  
Proper disposal of garbage and refuse is important to your health.
b.   All garbage and trash is to be disposed of in secure plastic garbage bags and
placed in trash dumpsters.  No construction material, appliances, oil, paint or other
like material shall be placed in or around dumpsters.  Please break down large
pieces of cardboard and boxes before placing them in dumpsters.
c.   
GREASE MUST NOT BE POURED DOWN DRAINS:  Disposal of rubber,
cloth, paper towels, plastic, etc. in toilets is prohibited.
d.   If in doubt about large trash disposal, ask in the Office.

9.   RECREATION
a.  Recreation facilities are provided for the use of Tenants and registered guests
only.
b.   Failure to comply with posted rules will result in restriction of use.
c.   The pool is available for use by Tenants and registered guests at 10:00am each
day.  Children under the age of 14 are not permitted in the swimming pool unless
accompained by a parent or guardian over 18, , unless the child can prove to the
satisfaction of the pool supervisor of their ability to swim and their parent(s)
consent.   
SWIM AT YOUR RISK , there is no lifeguard at the pool.  Proper
swimming attire must be worn.  No cut-offs will be permitted as a substitute for
proper swimming attire.  No street attire is permitted in pool.  No babies in diapers
in pool, appropriate waterproof, leakproof swim-wear especially designed for pool
use by infants must be used.
d.   No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the pool area.  Food, glasses, bottles,
cans or other containers are never to be taken into the pool area.  Please abide by
rules posted at the pool.
e.   
Foul Language shall not be permitted or tolerated at any time.  Any person,
minor or adult using foul language shall be removed from the pool or any
recreation area.
f.   Children under the age of ten(10) are not permitted around the pond unless
accompanied by an adult.
g.   Bicycles must stay on the road and not cut through campsites or common
areas.  Bicycles may not be ridden after dusk, which is determined when the dusk
to dawn lights come on.  Cyclists must be aware and respectful of walkers.
h.   To prevent noise, annoyance and hazards motor bikes, dirt bikes, 3 or 4
wheelers, mopeds or any other such motorized vehicles are not permitted.  
Motorcycles are permitted in the Park for arriving and departing only.  Motorcycles
may
NOT be ridden through the Park or from lot to lot.

10.  GROUNDS FOR EVICTION
a.   Nonpayment of the Lot Rental Amount by a Tenant when due if the default
continues for five(5) days after the delivery of written demand by the Park for
payment of the Lot Rental Amount.
b.   Violation of a federal or state law or local ordinance and conviction thereof,
which violation may be deemed detrimental to the health, safety or welfare of
other Tenants in Park.
c.   Violation of the Park Rules and Regulations or the Tenant's lease agreement,
which violation is deemed t endanger the life, health, safety, property or peaceful
enjoyment of the Park or its Campers.

11.   TRANSFER
a.   A Tenant has the right to sell his camper within the Park and the prospective
purchaser may become a Seasonal Tenant of the Park.  However,  the prospective
purchaser must qualify with the requirements of the Park Rules and Regulations
and meet the approval of the management.  Of which approval shall not be
unreasonably withheld,
PRIOR to the sale of the unit if the purchaser is to become
a Tenant of the Park.
b.   Tenants must notify office and get permission
before changing sites.
c.   Sites are
NOT transferable.

12.   VACATING
a.
  Tenant must give the Park a fourteen(14) day notice of said Tenants
intention to vacate.  A proper forwarding address must also be provided.

13.  LOT IMPROVEMENT
a.   Improvements are encouraged.  However, and construction or additions and its
location, including but not limited to, decks, porches, utility buildings, concrete
slabs, etc.  will not be permitted unless the Tenant obtains
PRIOR WRITTEN
approval from the Management.  Approval is necessary to protect the underground
utilities, health department regulations, continuity or Park appearance and the
safety of the Park Tenants.
 In addition to all other remedies available to it,  the
Park may require a Tenant to
remove any unapproved construction or additions at
the expense of the Tenant.
 All fixtures and permanent improvements shall, at the
Park's option become the property of the Park or the Park may require their
removal upon vacation of premises.
 b.   Fences of any type are not permitted.

14.   RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
       
The Park is not responsible for damage, injury or loss by accident, theft, fire
and acts of God, or any other cause whatsoever to either the property or person of
any Tenant or guest.  Also, the Park is not responsible or liable for any property
damage or personal injury to adults or children resulting from the negligent use of
Park recreational equipment by Park Tenants, guests, visitors or others.  All
persons who enter or stay in the Park are subject to all applicable laws, ordinances
and regulations of the City, County and State, and failure to do so may result in
the levying of an ordinance violation fee.

15.   MISCELLANEOUS
 a.   These Rules and Regulations may be changed or amended and new rules and
Regulations may be promulgated, or adopted at the Park's discretion.
 b.   The Park reserves the right of access to all sites at reasonable times, for the
purpose of inspection or utility maintenance.
 c.   Subletting or renting of any unit is
NOT permitted.
 d.   The use of firearms, including BB guns, bows and arrows, slingshots etc. is
prohibited.  Fireworks are not permitted by anyone except River Bend Security.
 e.   No peddling, soliciting or commercial enterprises of any nature are allowed in
the Park.
 f.   Tenants are required to keep noise at a minimum.  Use of televisions, stereos,
radios or other devices of machinery or games that produce loud noises as to annoy
other Tenants after 12 midnight are strictly prohibited.  Quiet hours are 12
midnight to 8AM.
 g.   Minors, (18) years of age or under, are to be at their respective campsite by
10:00PM, unless accompanied by an adult.  If attending a scheduled River Bend
Activity, minors must return to their campsite within 1/2 hour after a scheduled
River Bend Activity, or must be accompanied by an adult.
 h.   All business with the office should be conducted
ONLY during business hours
except for emergencies.
 i.   All posted rules must be adhered to, and the Activity Center and other facilities
shall be kept clean and in order after all events.  The Park reserves the right to use
the facility for special events.

2008 SEASON AMENDMENTS
 a.   Re:  Karaoke  Any karaoke must be held at the Pavilion and must cease by
midnight.  Please keep the volume to a tolerable level.  Karaoke can not be held
when a River Bend scheduled activity is planned.
 b.   Re:  Propane Tanks  All Propane tanks MUST be secured, by order of the
Marion County Health Department.
 c    Re:  Fire Wood  All firewood must be on wood reacks at least 8-10 inches of the
ground.
 d.   Re:  Sewers  A rubber donut must be secured around the sewer hose to
contain odors and any splash that might occur.
 e.   Re:  Departure  All lights and air conditioners must be turned of when you
leave for the week.  If they are not, you will be charged a utility fee of $100.00.
 f.   Re:  Winterizing  When leaving for the winter, you must shut electric off and
unplug your unit.  The water hydrant must be in the off position and your hose
unhooked from the hydrant.  Your sewer and hose must be out and the cap put on
the sewer line for the winter.
