River Bend Campgrounds
A Recreational Vehicle Park
1. GENERAL
a.  Welcome to RIVER BEND CAMPGROUND, A RECREATIONAL VEHICLE
PARK, located at 1092 Whetstone River Road South, P. O. Box 401, Caledonia, Ohio  
43314.  All reasonable means have been taken to insure that your stay here is safe,
pleasant and enjoyable.  This property is privately owned and we are required by
law to abide by certain standards.  Many of our Rules and Regulations are based on
what is required of us by law, the remainder are published to additionally protect
life, property and privacy.
b.  Consideration and courtesy to others plus your cooperation in maintaining an
attractive camper and campsite will help sustain the standards of RIVER BEND
CAMPGROUND, A Recreational Vehicle Park.
c.   Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code the Park reserves the right to terminate tenancy
of any Resident for disregard of these Rule and Regulations.

                           Please Read these Rules Carefully.

2.  CHARGES
 a.  A return check fee will be charged for all returned checks returned for
insufficient funds, and such checks may be treated by the Park as non-payment of
rent.
b.  There shall be an additional fee per person per day for each individual not
registered on your Lease.  
You Must Be In The Park When Your Visitor/Guest is
in the Park.
 You are responsible for any occupantof your lot.
c.   A Family Pass may be purchased for an adult child and his/her respective minor
family members.  A Family Pass may also be purchased for parent(s) of camper.  
These respective passes are subject to your being present in the Park when your
family is present.  This provision is further subject to a maximum of three (3) days
stay at any one time.
d.  A storage parking fee shall be imposed for additional RV's, campers, trailers,
boats, boat trailers, rental trucks and rental vans which are in the Park for purposes
other than loading and unloading.  All such vehicles shall be parked only in the
storage parking area designated by the Park.
e.  A fee shall be charged for any extra appliance, including but not limited to
window air conditioners, extra refrigerators, or small freezers.
f.  All Applicable laws or ordinances of the city, county or state shall be enforced by
the Park.  Violations receiving citations from inspection agencies, ect.  must be
corrected.  Failure to do so will result in the levying of an ordinance violation fee for
the Park to correct the violation.

3.  ACCEPTANCE
a. The park reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone and will not be
responsible for accidents or injury to individuals or loss of money or valuables of any
kind.  

4.   THE SITE
a.  All units must be kept in good repair.  Broken windows, peeling paint, dirty
exterior of a camper of general unsightly appearance of the camper or the site will
constitute a violation of these Rules and Regulations.
b.  The Tenant is responsible for the overall appearance of the site.  It shall be kept
orderly, neat, clean, and free of litter.
c.   Sites not maintained to satisfactory standards will be maintained by the Park and
a reasonable fee will be charged.
d.   All utility connections must comply with governmental requirements.  All sewer
connections must have a sewer collar placed on sewer hose.
e.   Lots shall be used only for camping purposes.  No business activities shall be
conducted within the Park, without permission of management.
f.   One fire-ring shall be provided for each campsite.  Tenants must proived their
own picnic table.

5.   VEHICLES-TRAFFIC-PARKING
a.   The speed in the park is 5MPH, this includes but not limited to, golf carts,
scooters, bicycles and motorcycles.  This will be strictly enforced by the Park and Park
security.
b.   One RV, one tent for minor children and two Autos(space permitting) per site.  
No parking shall be permitted on or along any street, service driveway or pool
driveway.  No parking of vehicles on adjacent lot(s) even if lot is vacant.  A penalty
shall be charged for violations.  Storage trailers ect. must go into the off-site area.
c.   Trucks over one ton are not permitted in the Park, unless the Park or Park
Manager is first notified and consent is given.
d.   There shall be no on-street parking at any time.  Guests may park in the
designated areas only.  The Park Manager may restrict guest parking to one
designated space per lot at a time.  
e.   No unlicensed, inoperative, or junk vehicles are permitted in the Park.
f.   No repairing of any nature of any vehicle at anytime allowed in Park.
g.   Golf carts are permitted in the Park after passing an
Annual inspection and
payment of necessary fee.  All golf carts must have:  Headlights, tail-lights or
reflectors, and
three(3) inch reflective numbers displayed in a prominent place
on ththe back of the golfcart
.  Numbers must be visible at all times.  If necessary,
place numbers on fenders or make a license plate holder for them.  You must have a
VALID driver's license to drive a golf cart in the Park or young adults with valid
state driving permit
may be allowed to drive a golf cart with a licensed eighteen
(18) year old or older person riding with them.  
All restrictions that pertain to a
driving permit must be followed, including but not limited to, number of
passengers in car ( or golf cart) , and no driving after dark.  
A special golf cart
permit may be issued to specific individuals, at discretion of the Office.
h.   Electric scooters are also permitted.  You must have owner's lot number
prominently displayed on back of scooter.  
You must be 18 or older, no exceptions,
 to drive an electric scooter in the Park.  No annual fee is required for electric scooters.
i.   Campers will be issued two(2) car passes free of charge at the beginning of the
season.  You must stop at the office to pick up your passes in the Spring.  A fee of
$5.00 will be charged to replace lost car passes.  
Reminder you MUST have your
pass displayed in your vehicle anytime you are in the campground or you will
be charged $5.00.

6.   PETS
a.   All pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the Tenant's unit.  All
pets must be registered with Park office.
b.   It is the responsibility of the pet owner to clean up after his/her pet in ALL areas
of the Park.  
c.   Pets will not be allowed to annoy other campers.
d.  Tenants are responsible for any and all damage done by their pets, their guests'
pets, either to the Park property, or the property of other Tenants.
e.   All Tenants who own pets are required by law to have periodic vaccinations or
inoculations.
f.   The Park retains the right to demand removal of any pets which disturb or
otherwise are detrimental to the health, safety and welfare of the other Tenants in
the Park.
g.   When walking your pet, it is to be kept on a leash no more than eight (8) inches
long.
h.   Pets are not to be tied or staked outside camper unless owner is present.  They are
not to dig holes in your yard or any other's yard or any other areas in the Park.
i.   No dog houses are permitted and all pets are to sleep inside the camper.
j.   
Under penalty of law,PLEASE do not feed the geese!

7.   GUEST/VISITORS
a.   Tenants are permitted "guests" in the  Park and upon their premises.  A "guest" is
defined as one who visits with a Tenant for less than one(1) day or one
twenty-four(24) hour period.  ALL GUESTS MUST REGISTER WITH THE PARK
OFFICE.  Non-registered guests will be asked to leave the Park.
b.   The Park retains the right to eject any guests or visitors who violate federal law,
state or local ordinance, the violation of which is deemed detrimental to the health,
safety, welfare and morals of other Tenants of the Park, or who violated any of these
Rules and Regulations.
c.   Tenants are responsible for the conduct of their guests and visitors and shall be
liable for any damage caused by them.
d.   Guests below the age of 18 shall be accompanied by the tenant at all times.
